Order Tracking

All express shipped orders can be tracked online. However, not all regular shipments have this option. You can find your tracking number two ways.

Check the shipping confirmation email we sent you (this should arrive in your inbox within 48 hours of purchase). The email will contain a tracking link if there’s one available.

If that doesn’t work:

Email our support team at keegan@kiwiplus-agency.com and quote your order number/customer reference number. We’ll help you with the rest.


1 Year Warranty

Our products are covered by a 1 year warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Try not to over stuff your Next Wave or put things in there that don’t belong (like coin in flat-bill section). If you do put more cards in there than recommended, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.

In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Next Wave through our website , and you must provide proof of purchase.

The Next Wave warranty sits alongside applicable consumer protection law.
